Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from NISHKI. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order for a refund or exchange under the guidelines below.
Returns
• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• To start a return, email us at hellonishki@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
• Beauty items (including face masks and skincare)
• Opened or used products
• Gift sets containing consumables once opened
• Alcohol gift sets once opened
• Sale items
• Personalised items
• Gift cards
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a damage claim, we require:
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo of the packaging it arrived in
• Your order number
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
Once approved, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
• Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• We recommend using a tracked service as NISHKI is not responsible for lost returns.
Alcohol Notice
Some of our gift sets include alcohol. By purchasing these products you confirm you are 18+.
Alcohol cannot be returned once opened.
